Made in Suno, ElevenLabs Music, Songer, Mureka, Producer.ai, Sonauto or another reputable AI song generator on a paid plan that gives you ownership? Bring it.

You must have made the song on a paid plan whose terms give you ownership of the song at the time you made it. Free tier songs are declined on every tool. Upgrading later does not clear a song made on a free plan. Make a new version on the paid plan and submit fresh proof.

Suno songs created on Pro or Premier are accepted with proof of the plan at creation and at download, from a permitted download, and not a Remix. Songs from ElevenLabs Music, Songer, Mureka, Producer.ai, Sonauto and other reputable AI song generators get a manual review: we approve only with proof of a paid plan at creation whose terms give you ownership of the song. Udio songs are on hold. We accept original songs you wrote, with recordings you fully own. We decline anyone else's song, sample or voice.

A checkbox never approves a song. A person reviews the evidence. Statuses are submitted, needs info, approved, declined and on hold.

No production, writing, royalty, release or add-on item for a song can be checked out until its Rights Check is approved. The $49 Rights Check is the only production payment before approval. The $49 Rights Check is credited toward your package when your song is approved. If a song is declined, the fee is not refunded or credited.Proof files stay in private storage. Start a Rights Check.

We never imitate the voice of a real artist, and we decline songs that do.

One consolidated feedback submission per part counts as one change. Each part includes one change. Each extra change is $50 per affected part, per submission.

Fixing our miss against the brief is free and never counts as a change.

The 2 mix revision rounds are separate and cover the mix only.

A retake costs 50% of the part's own catalog price. Retakes are self serve only for Extra part, Backing vocals, String section and Horn section. Retakes of bundled parts are quoted by our team, with no fallback price.

A preview is approved automatically 14 calendar days after it's marked delivered. We send reminders on day 7 and day 12. Any feedback stops it.

Auto approval covers that preview only. It never approves publication or any agreement.

Every order is delivered with its authorship and ownership records, per song:

• Lyric writers and melody writers, with their contributions
• AI material retained
• Copyright owner or claimant
• PRO writer credit
• Publisher and royalty arrangements

When our writers and musicians create new material for your song, they assign their rights in that new material to you in writing, so you own it. The U.S. Copyright Office says material generated purely by AI isn't protected by copyright, which is why we replace it with human work. Songwriter credit and royalty registration are listed on your song's credits sheet.

We never credit you as the writer of our writer's material. Musician songwriting contributions are logged, never absorbed.
