   Step 9: Changes

   • One consolidated feedback submission per part counts as one change, and each part includes one.
   • Extra changes are $50per affected part per submission.
   • Fixing anything we missed against the brief is free and never counts.
   • Retakes are 50% of the part's own catalog price where self serve; other retakes are quoted.

    Step 10: 2 revision rounds on the mix

    Separate from part changes.

    Step 11: Approval

    • A preview auto approves 14calendar days after it's marked delivered, with reminders on day 7and day 12, and any feedback stops it.
    • Auto approval covers that preview only, never publication or any agreement.
