Refund Policy

Last updated November 4, 2026

All sales are final. If we can't deliver an order, we reassign the work or issue account credit.

Rights Check

The $49 Rights Check is credited toward your package when your song is approved. If a song is declined, the fee is not refunded or credited.

If we miss your brief, fixing it is free and never counts as one of your changes.

Pack credits expire 12 months from purchase, with one 90 day extension on request before they expire.
